Corporate Wallet
- You can now add or remove centrally billed accounts from your Corporate Wallet view.
Virtual Payments
- View detailed information for deployments and transactions as well as trip details, invoices and remarks for virtual payments. Also, you can view the deployment status of a virtual payment in BCD Pay.
Digital Invoice Management
Select invoices to download in batches rather than individually. Two additional markets have been added for invoice copies and limited viewership by customer/account number is now available.
Automated Reconciliation
- US Bank bank statement types are now supported for use on the Automated Reconciliation service. Please contact your Program Manager if you are interested in joining our pilot group!
- This new feature allows you to view central card and virtual card account transactions at a summary and detail level.
- You can now access your virtual card deployments generated through our Virtual Payment Automation service powered by Conferma.
- Three additional markets have been added for invoice copies and limited viewership is now available.
- Eight new bank statement types are now supported for use on the Automated Reconciliation service. Please contact your Program Manager if you are interested in joining our pilot group!
- Added scheduled maintenance notifications at login.
- Statement Enhancement is now available to pilot! This service allows your team to enjoy automated matching of credit card charges to invoice data and will save time and hassle during credit card reconciliation. Please contact your Program Manager if you are interested in joining us in the pilot phase of this rollout.
- Remarks have been added to the Invoice page and within transaction details.
