Key highlights

  • EcoVadis Platinum rating: In 2023, for the fourth year running, we achieved EcoVadis Platinum status, placing us in the top 1% of all companies assessed. EcoVadis’ rigorous annual assessment process ensures we hold ourselves accountable and continue to lead in sustainability.
  • ISO-certified environment, health, and safety management: We maintain 100% coverage of our ISO-certified systems across our majority-owned markets, enabling us to monitor, document, and improve our environmental impacts and the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people.
  • Carbon emissions reduction: We’ve achieved a 74% reduction in the Scope 1 and 2 emissions associated with our offices since 2016. That includes methodology changes. In 2023, we measured our full carbon footprint, including Scope 3 emissions, which account for 91% of our total footprint. This data will drive our future sustainability goals.
  • Investment in renewable electricity: We’re committed to being 100% renewable globally by 2030. In Europe, 59% of our electricity came from renewable sources in 2023, we expect that to increase to over 78% by the end of 2024.
  • DE&I: From building a new internal People Insights dashboard to undertaking a global gender pay equity analysis and expanding our DE&I initiatives, we’re making meaningful progress in creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Social impact: We supported 37 projects in 2023 through our Making a Difference program, positively impacting young people in our local communities. This year, that number increased to 50 projects.
  • Human trafficking awareness: We’re deeply committed to raising awareness about human trafficking. Last year, our efforts included supporting A21’s education project in Cambodia, participating in the A21 Walk For Freedom, and achieving a 94% completion rate on our ‘Don’t Look Away’ training for employees.
