BCD has once again been recognized for its leadership in remote work, ranking ninth on FlexJobs’ Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs in 2025. This marks the 10th time BCD has been featured on the list, which analyzes data from approximately 60,000 global companies based on their remote job posting activity in the FlexJobs database from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
The rising demand for remote jobs
The annual list highlights companies worldwide with the most remote job openings, spanning industries such as travel, IT, healthcare, and education. This year’s ranking underscores the continued rise in demand for remote work options as professionals prioritize flexibility and work-from-home arrangements in their job searches.
“Being recognized in FlexJobs’ Top 100 Companies for Remote Jobs list once again is a testament to BCD Travel’s commitment to flexibility, employee engagement and work-life balance,” said Christian Dahl, Executive Vice President People & Culture at BCD Travel. “Whether you’re working from a home office, or abroad, we’re proud to provide a virtual environment where our people can thrive. Here’s to another year of proving that great work can happen anywhere.”
Remote jobs at BCD enable employees to work from home full-time or part-time, depending on their role. Hybrid roles, which combine in-office and remote work, are another way we meet the evolving needs of our workforce and the dynamic landscape of modern work. Last year, we launched a Work From Anywhere initiative that permits employees to temporarily work outside of their home country for up to 60 days per year.
