Book & manage trips

BCD Travel offers different ways to book your trip, from a mobile app to agent-guided booking. It could be that your company or company travel policy requires you to use a specific booking channel.

Contact your company’s internal contact for travel or consult your company’s travel policy for more information. If you’re already using TripSource®, you could find additional support under ‘My Company’.

There are several ways to change your booking. Your company or travel policy may require you to use a specific channel to change your trip.

The most common ways to cancel a booking are directly in your online booking tool, in TripSource or with one of our travel consultants. Your corporate or travel policy may require you to use a specific channel to cancel your trip.

Hotels that were booked in TripSource®, can be changed/cancelled directly in TripSource.

If you booked your hotel through a different channel, please contact the travel consultants for your account. You’ll find their contact details on your booking confirmation email (itinerary), or you can contact your company’s internal travel contact or consult your company’s travel policy.

If you’d like your booking confirmation (itinerary) to be resend to you, contact our booking team.

We will automatically issue the e-ticket for your flights (if applicable: after your trip has been approved by your company) on the ticket deadline provided by the airline booked. After ticket issue, you’ll receive your e-ticket on the email address that was used for your booking.

Please note that your flight and other trip details are also available in TripSource®.
