Senior Crisis Program Manager, Global Crisis Management at BCD Travel

Based in Montreal, Canada, Lise has over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate travel. She joined BCD Travel in 2011 as a program manager, where she successfully managed travel programs of varying scope and complexity for a diverse range of clients. In 2013, Lise transitioned to the Global Crisis Management team, where she continues to innovate and develop new service offerings within travel risk management, helping clients enhance their programs and navigate emerging challenges.

As a senior crisis program manager, she provides expert consulting services including assessing the maturity of clients’ travel risk management strategies and advising on best practices to optimize their duty of care obligations. Her deep expertise supports organizations to meet their safety, health and security responsibilities for mobile workers.

Prior to BCD, Lise held a variety of corporate travel management roles in program management, travel consulting, employee development and training, and customer service. A recognized thought leader in her field, Lise serves as a member of the Standards Council of Canada and the ISO/TC 262 – Risk Management committees. She’s a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing insights on travel risk management.
