BCD Travel’s TripSource® platform now helps participating clients’ travelers manage trip receipts with a simple process. To begin, a traveler should confirm photos of receipts are acceptable to their company and within their country.
If the answer is yes, the traveler follows these easy steps:
Snap a photo of a trip receipt.
- Go to the “Receipts” option in the TripSource app.
- Attach the photo to the appropriate trip itinerary in the app.
Later, the traveler can send one or a batch of receipts directly to an email address or to their company’s expense management tool, enabled to accept receipts via email. Learn more.
