Discussion topics may cover:
- 5 ways to measure travel program quality today
- 3 overlooked factors in quality management
- Traditional vs. modern approaches to quality measurement
- What retail and financial services can teach us about quality management
- Quality and the Amazon effect
To bid or not to bid: That is the question | April 9| 10:15 – 10:45 a.m. CDT
Does it make sense to go through a costly and time-consuming RFP process to evaluate a corporate travel partner? Andrew Menkes, SVP Global Client Solutions, BCD Travel, will join a panel of industry experts for a 30-minute discussion on TMC sourcing and making the right decisions on going out to bid.
