Travel managers can book business travel for non-employee travelers more easily using an app recently added to BCD Travel’s SolutionSource® marketplace. The Pana app is a virtual travel assistant for recruits, contractors, consultants, interns and more.
The technology fits into BCD clients’ existing travel programs. With Pana, they can configure booking processes to meet their needs, specifying preferred suppliers, forms of payment and reimbursement policies. Pana then coordinates all the travel logistics directly with the guest traveler (via an award-winning chat platform) and sends the final itinerary to the corporate travel team.
Pana lets travel managers avoid time-consuming manual processes associated with capturing travel spend and duty of care data for non-employee trips. Companies can spend more time collaborating or building relationships with guest travelers and less time on administrative tasks associated with their travel.
